No, I don´t think I still have sulphur powder in my eye. At least not that I´m aware of ;)
Here´s the thing: as lovely miss Amanda said wisely, bio/chemistry labs are quite dangerous. And I have probably underestimated how unsafe can they be. Oops.
Oh, well. No biggie. I was left unharmed :)
Anyhow - I´m here to update you! And, as usual, it´ll have to be quick – I have a biology test tomorrow! I know - it´s never-ending, isn´t it? Haha.
When I got back from Demi Lovato´s concert on Thursday, it was already past midnight. Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten about dinner – and eating a real meal was not an option, as I had to go to bed ASAP so I could wake up by 5am the following morning. Which made me go for the first giant fruit I saw inside the fridge: an ENORMOUS papaya slice.
Three words: hit the spot. Yuuum.
Waking up on Friday morning wasn´t the easiest thing… Hehe. What to do?
1/2 sliced apple, 2/3 container of non-fat plain yogurt, 1 dessert-spoon of Nescau Powder (a cocoa powder brand)
My pink-y little friend :)
Steamed cauliflower, chayote, carrots and beets, slice of broccoli quiche, baked sweet potato and veggie quibe.
Mini-slice of lasagna, cooked chayote, PLUS…
~3 tbsp of black beans, with a side of…
Sliced raw carrot and yellow mustard.
Obviously, I hated it ;)
Cup of coffee with non-fat milk and a big apple
It´s been ages. YUUUM.
Steamed veggies, tomato slices, 2 turkey meat-balls and mashed pumpkin.
With a side of black beans.
Dinner was a bit weird… I had actually planned on having a little something before the party I was going to (my friend´s “sweet 15”):
A small mango and a juicy pear
But I ended up arguing with Dad, and we fought… So, even though I was already dressed up and ready to go, he said he wouldn´t drive me there. I cried, begged – but nothing convinced him. Argh :/
As one of our top discussion topics was my eating habits, he made sure I´d eat a real dinner a few minutes later. Ugh. I felt awfully full :(
Grilled chicken breast slices with steamed veggies on a french baguette with a tbsp of yellow mustard.
And he made me lick the plate clean. I admit, it was quite tasty – but I felt awkward and full! Boo!
Slice of white toast with melted cheese
Cup of coffee with a little non-fat milk
A Dad-approved meal.
Half a glass of fresh unsweetened OJ
Cooked cassava, steamed veggies, grilled chicken breast, mini-slive of spinach quiche and a little penne pasta
Yumminess overload: baked sweet potato, veggie quibe, slice of spinach quiche, steamed veggies, tomato slice and cooked cassava.
Oh My Yum.
Ooops – I just realized how late I am!
Sorry, mes amis. I´ll be back with a Monday-to-Wednesday recap tomorrow. I promise!
