Happy Sunday, everyone!
I can´t believe tomorrow´s Monday again. Time´s flying these days, don´t you think? Haha.
First, I want to tell you guys I feel a lot better now. This past week wasn´t easy, I had tons of ups and downs… Obviously. I´ve always knew it would be tough.
And, about the anorexia debate… Mom had an appointment with my therapist on Friday. She said Clara was amazing, and that she wanted me to keep my sessions. I said nothing… Mom explained they had an amazing conversation… “We´ll talk about this later.”
I´m still waiting for that time to come.
Anyhow – I just solved my uploading problem! Which means I have a full week of photos to blog about. Ops.
Let´s start from the beggining… Where else?
Unpictured: Two slices of toast (yes, regular white toast!) with 1 thin slice of cheese and a glass of soy orange juice.
Steamed cauliflower, chicken pie and lasagna (couldn´t finish it all…)
Slice of whole wheat toast with ricotta and cheese slices, raw carrot with dijon mustard
~1 tbsp of PB as dessert
Slice of whole wheat toast with PB and a pear
Cottage Cheese Sandwich: Whole Wheat bread with ~2 tbsp of CC
“Cheese and Herbs” quiche with caprese tower and chickpea salad (fresh OJ on the side)
Slice of pita bread with hummus
Half a veggie wrap
Iced Tea on the side
And small plain Fro-Yo as dessert!
Apple, Pear and PB
Ricotta and Spinach Sandwich with mustard
Steamed veggies, Half a sweet potato, 2 tbsp of rice and a side of black beans
Small Plain Fro-Yo (0% sugar, 0% fat)
Spinach and Ricotta quiche with lettuce, carrot, beet, heart-of-palms and broccoli salad (olive oil sauce)
*This was the day I saw “Whatever Works” with Mom. We had a few discussions (I wasn´t hungry for a snack and she made me have that Fro-Yo, I didn´t want any toppings so I had to ask the Fro-Yo guy to re-do my request…) Oh, well. The movie was great though, and the salad+quiche combo was delicious. Overall, we had a great time.
Chicken pie, carrots, zucchini and tomato

Plus a small banana with “leftover” PB
Baked sweet potato, steamed veggies, hard-boiled egg and 3 tbsp of black beans
*Unfortunately, Mom arrived and told me I wasn´t eating enough food… So I left the biggest slice of sweet potato and ate the black beans upon 2 tbsp of rice, plus some spinach pie:
Slice of lasagna (left it almost untouched. It tasted awful…)
So I had an apple as dessert.
Baked sweet potato, steamed cauliflower, tomato slices, 3 tbsp of grouded meat with carrots, 1 tbsp of rice and 3 tbsp of black beans (lots of leftovers, unfortunately…)
Fruit Bowl: pineapple, mango and grapes
Steamed cauliflower, tomato slices and spinach quiche, PLUS…
A side of raw carrot, dijon mustard and 3 tbsp of black beans.
1/2 container of plain non-fat yogurt with 1/2 crumbled granola bar
Fresh fish, beets, haert-of-palms, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber, PLUS…
About 3 tbsp of black beans
Small plain Fro-Yo with pineapple and mango
Turkey Breast+White Cheese Sandwich with carrots and beets with whole wheat bread and a side of fresh OJ
White Cheese sandwich on a whole wheat baguette, with a glass of fresh OJ on the side (unpictured)
Bowl of salad: heart-of-palms, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, olives, chickpea, black-eyed peas and buffalo mozarella (with some fusilli pasta… Untouched.)
