So, my trip will be longer then I thought. Not such a pity, though! I´m absolutely loving it.
Yesterday was a pretty hard day… But it all went well, after all. My mom´s ok, we´re settled at the coolest hotel… Ok, so now moving on to food :)
Where did I stop? Oh, yes.
Rewind to the day I went to SP. December 30th.
Snack (while flying):
Lunch (at Liberdade, in a Japanese/Chinese Restaurant):
P.S.:I had a bite of each plate. Couldn´t finish any of them.
Snack (during cinema - “The Princess And The Frog”):
Plate #2 (I kept the grilled chicken and added some vegetables+grilled fish)
(rice+beans on the side)
- small serving of cooked broccoli
- one artichoke
- 3 thin slices of smoked salmon
- 1 small slice of vegetables quiche
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 "piece" of buffalo cheese mozarella (I guess that´s how you say it...?)
- ~1 (unfinished)tbsp of hummus
Without the fruit :/
Lunch (minus the potatoes):
Diet Matte Tea With Lemons!
Dinner (minus the rice):
Fruit de la passion juice :)
PLUS= 1 Roe Temaki (unpictured)
Latte with non-fat milk :)
Grilled Chicken with Pomodoro Pasta. ENORMOUS.
(minus 1 slice of turkey)
Granola+Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/2)
1 Nature Valley´s Honey+Oats granola bar
